Resumen (Presentación general del programa): The Earth Tribe is a global environmental education programme engaging young people aged 7+ in sustainability actions, leadership, and community impact. Through challenges like Tide Turners Plastic, Scouts Go Solar, and Champions for Nature, participants address issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. The programme's objective is to empower youth as active global citizens committed to protecting the planet. Its pedagogical goal is to develop sustainability competencies, including critical thinking and collaboration, through experiential learning and youth-led actions. Implemented continuously by National Scout Organizations (NSOs), the programme has reached over 350,000 beneficiaries in the Interamerican Region, including Argentina (77,040), Brazil (114,588), and Mexico (44,731). Results include increased environmental awareness, behavioural change, and impactful local projects contributing to the SDGs, fostering resilience and sustainability in communities.
